- 100th Anniversary of the Titanic at the Independence Seaport Museum, April 13-14: Is it 1997 again? With the Titanic craze back thanks to the doomed ships 100th Anniversary, the Independence Seaport Museum is getting in on the action, but adding their own Philly twist. Titanic Philadelphians is a new exhibit will feature memorabilia from the ship, as well as explore the lives of some forty or so local residents who were personally affected by the tragedy.
