The Mural Art program, in conjunction with the Northern Liberties Neighborhood Association is proposing a permanent light installation at the I-95 underpass at 2nd and Spring Garden. The interactive installation, created by Sarah Zimmer and Kim Brickley, will change based on motion sensors activated by cars, bikes and pedestrians. As of now the light project is just in the development phase.
